
A combined digital campaign to promote the launch of "The Simpsons Movie". The messaging had to be clear that the movie was not just a longer TV episode, but a totally knew experience.

A fully downloadable campaign to create and add to the build up for this eagerly awaited film. Elements to be personalised by the user and used within conversations on Windows Live Messenger, along with more exciting and exclusive elements from the film itself to fully turn the world yellow! A PE campaign followed by a co-ordinated, collaborative and coaxing mini-site to help users get the most from the PE elements. Finally, the project was topped off with some HTML emails, (for consumer and trade delivery), to further spread the word.

A huge campaign which resulted in the creation of elements provided to enhance the experience of Windows Live Messenger and to provide all fans with pictures, animated winks, backgrounds and animated emoticons - all featuring their favourite members of the worlds most dysfunctional family!
A mini-site was launched in tandem by Red Box which added yet more exclusive animated winks, pictures and backgrounds from the film – a huge hit of promo banners was included too (over 25 countries were inundated with this yellow peril) along with links to the film trailer AND a Simpsons Movie DONUT challenge - which enabled users to win more unique Simpsons goodies.
