Vive le France! Vive le Fox! Vive le Red Box! Vive le ... Sid?

Question: What do Red Box, 20th Century Fox France and Windows Live Messenger 9 have in common?

Answer: They all play very nicely together!

Red Box have conspired with 20th Century Fox France to bring about the creation of 10 animated emoticons, featuring the loveable, crazy Ice Age characters, both old and new, from the brand new blockbuster "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" - to promote the launch of Windows Live Messenger 9 in France!

This very special and unique campaign culminated in the whole crew - Sid, Manny, Diego, Ellie, Scrat, Crash and Eddie joining forces with Buck – a resourceful dino-hunter - and introducing some super-cute baby Dino's, an angry Dino-mummy, a flirtatious female Scratte, (or "Scrattina" as they say in French!), and an evil Dinosaur called Rudy - joining forces to help generate interest in the launch of all new and improved Windows Live Messenger 9.

But - hang on ... there's more...

Because we know just how much you're gonna love 'em, we've generously been given permission to share these emoticons with the rest of the world! So now you too – whether you're fluent in French, or even just fluent in Sloth – can download these emoticons and add them to your collection – there's one of each character, so download get emoting!




And here's how to download...
For PC:
- Right-click on the animation above that you want to download and select "Save target As..."; then locate where you want to save them to your machine and go, go, GO!
- Open Windows Live Messenger and click on "TOOLS" > "EMOTICONS..." and you'll see a dialogue box appear.
- Click on the "CREATE..." button, then follow the on-screen instructions and when you're done click on "OK"
- You're new emoticon will now be available for you to use forever in any conversation ... or, at least until you delete them by accident.

For Mac:
- Ctrl-click on the animation above that you want to download and select "Save Image As..."; then locate where you want to save them to your machine and go, go, GO!
- Open Windows Live Messenger and click on "TOOLS" > "EMOTICONS..." and you'll see a dialogue box appear.
